What is HTML e-mail?
We're glad you asked. Using HTML in our e-mails allows us to provide a more
graphically rich mailing that includes many things our subscribers have asked for:
pictures, color, better layout, graphics, hotlinks, and more.
Does HTML e-mail take longer to download than plain-text e-mail?
Generally, HTML e-mail does take a little longer to download than a plain-text
message. We know this is an important concern to our subscribers, so our HTML
e-mails have been designed to keep download time to a minimum.
Does my e-mail program accept HTML?
If you're not sure, then here's a quick hint: have you ever received an e-mail that
included pictures or graphics? If so, then your e-mail program probably accepts
HTML. A growing number of our subscribers have e-mail applications that can
accommodate HTML (Netscape Communicator 3.0 or higher, Microsoft Outlook
98, Microsoft Outlook Express, and Web-based e-mail such as Hotmail, etc.).
Some people, though, use older programs that can only read plain-text messages. If
you use a text-based e-mail client, you should subscribe to the text-only versions of
our e-mails instead of the HTML versions.

Why isn't your site working with my browser?
Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology. For best
results, we recommend using Netscape Navigator 3.02 or later, or Microsoft's
Internet Explorer 3.02 or later. For AOL users, we recommend the 3.0 or later
AOL browser for PC's or the 4.0 browser for Macs. Click one of the following
links if you'd like to download a new version of Netscape, Internet Explorer or
AOL.
Also, your browser preferences must be set up to accept "cookies", otherwise no
items will show up in your basket.
