 | Product InformationCan I buy products that contain chocolate during the warm summer months?Yes but Cinnamon Stirs, Coffee Stir Spoons, Sourdough Truffles, and Truffles do contain chocolate and special precautions are necessary to prevent melting. An additional charge of $6.00 packaging plus 2 Day Air UPS charges will be assessed. In addition, we will need your written approval to ship the product during this time of year. We cannot control the shipments after they have left our warehouse, even though we do our very best to insure proper and timely delivery of your order.Can I split cases?To make ordering from us easier, we will split cases in half as long as the sizes of the product are the same.Can your Barravox boxes be personalized?A company name and/or logo can be silk screened on the boxes with your supplied camera-ready art. The charge for the personalization for each color is as follows:For 300 or less than 300 boxes - $150.00, in addition to the cost of the boxes. For more than 300 boxes - $.50 per box, in addition to the cost of the boxes. The lead-time for shipping personalized boxes is 3 weeks after receipt of the camera-ready artwork and any necessary non-refundable deposits. Do the Barravox boxes have lids or tops?No, the Barravox boxes we presently carry are all designed to replace gift baskets and thus do not have lids or tops.Do you make custom boxes?Yes, but the minimum quantity is 1,000 units. Do you offer sample packs?Customers may order sample packs from each division of our company for $25.00 (which includes freight ground service within the continental United States).Each customer can order 2 sample packs per division and no more than once per quarter. We offer these sample packs as a way to let you view the various products we offer. Each sample pack can have a no more than one of each different item. Do you private label your products, and/or do you ship your products without labels?Yes, many of our products can be shipped without labels. There is no additional charge for this service. The pricing for private label items are identical to our Wholesale Price Lists, there are no discounts unless you have reached the quantities outlined above. How do I find out which products are available outside of the United States?From within the United States, please call customer service at 1-800-428-0522. All international orders require prepayment by bank wire or credit card.How do I get another catalog or current price list?To receive the current catalogs from each division you may FAX your request on company letterhead to 888-865-3639, telephone us toll free at 888-224-7110, or send us an e-mail requesting that we mail you a current product catalog.How long will our products stay fresh?Barravox gift containers have no expiration date. All food products have a shelf life of at least 3-4 months with the following exceptions: Fontazzi White Cheddar Popcorn and Cheddar Cheese Popcorn have a shelf life of 60 days.How much should we mark up your products?We do not dictate at what price levels you sell your products at. There is a general rule for upscale food gift products such as ours are to simply "keystone" (double the wholesale price, and add freight).How much weight do Barravox boxes hold?The medium size container should hold at least 23 pounds.The large size container should hold at least 30 pounds. What about returning an order or an item?We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If not, merchandise can be returned for exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer. Call customer service for a return authorization, but please arrange for any returns within 5 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Product damaged in shipping must be reported to Gift Basket Supplies within 2 days of receipt. Please keep damaged shipping containers, which the carrier requires to process a damage claim. If you do not keep the damaged shipping containers, the claim will not be processed and no credits will be issued. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the order must be returned to us freight prepaid.What are the sizes of the Barravox Boxes?Large size boxes are 11 inches x 6.5 inches x 8 inches high.Diamond size boxes are 6.5 inches on each side, 4.5 inches high in front and 8 inches high in back.
